About the role
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you’ll manage a varied caseload with excellent secretarial support, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional client service.
 
Responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handle freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions
• Liaise with clients, estate agents and mortgage advisers
• Provide clear legal advice and build lasting client relationships
• Support the continued growth of the department through excellent client care

What we are looking for
 
Are you a Residential Property Solicitor who can hit the ground running?
 
Do you have:

• Qualified Solicitor status (NQ candidates also considered)
• Residential conveyancing experience
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Confidence managing your own caseload
• A positive, team-focused approach
• Commercial property experience? That’s a bonus, not essential.
