Recruitment Consultant- Temporary Division

Are you an ambitious recruiter or sales professional looking to take your earnings to the next level?
 
TN Recruits is looking for a commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an established temporary recruitment desk, with existing clients, candidates and plenty of opportunity for growth.
 
With the right sales experience, determination and work ethic, £50,000+ earnings in year one, including commission, is a realistic target.
 
The Role
You’ll manage and grow your own temporary recruitment desk, combining new business development with recruitment and account management.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Winning new clients through proactive sales calls, networking and relationship building.
• Managing existing clients, taking briefs and filling temporary vacancies.
• Interviewing, registering and placing candidates.
• Managing temporary workers, compliance and day-to-day challenges.

What We’re Looking For
Previous recruitment or sales experience is highly desirable, along with confidence on the phone, strong relationship-building skills and a natural ability to close opportunities.
You’ll be commercially minded, resilient, organised and motivated by achieving results.
Temporary or contract recruitment experience would be a major advantage, giving you the opportunity to hit the ground running.
Candidates must live within 30 minutes of Tunbridge Wells.
