About the Role
The successful Court of Protection Paralegal will join a busy specialist team of around 35 professionals.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who can hit the ground running and confidently manage their own workload.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Running and managing a Court of Protection caseload
- Taking a hands-on approach to client matters
- Managing a busy workload effectively
- Supporting clients with complex needs
- Working closely with experienced Court of Protection specialists
- Contributing to a busy, collaborative and supportive team
- Delivering a high standard of client care
The role offers highly flexible hybrid working. The successful candidate will be office-based during the initial induction, before moving to up to 2 days working from home.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal Court of Protection Paralegal will already have relevant experience and be comfortable taking responsibility for a caseload.
They will ideally offer:
- A couple of years’ relevant experience
- Previous Court of Protection experience
- Experience managing a caseload
- The confidence to hit the ground running
- Strong organisation and workload management skills
- A hands-on and proactive approach
- Brain injury work experience would be highly desirable
- The ability to thrive within a busy, supportive specialist team
