Responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of client accounts.
• Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Creating and delivering effective PR and communications strategies.
• Driving client retention, account growth and new business opportunities.
• Overseeing budgets, profitability and account performance.
• Providing strategic media relations advice and securing high-quality coverage.
• Mentoring and supporting account teams.
• Contributing to the agency’s continued success.

What we are looking for The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong PR agency experience at Account Director level or similar.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Proven strategic PR and media relations expertise.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to develop accounts.
• Experience leading, mentoring and motivating teams.
• A proactive, creative and hands-on approach.

Most importantly, they will be someone who enjoys delivering results, building relationships and making a difference.
