A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tour Coordinator to take the lead in launching a brand-new programme of coach holidays, weekend breaks and day trips!
This is a chance to bring fresh ideas to life, take ownership of an exciting project and make a real impact within a growing business.

About the role Working closely with the Managing Director, responsibilities will include:

• Creating and developing exciting coach holidays, weekend breaks and day trips.
• Researching destinations, planning itineraries and identifying demand.
• Organising trips from concept through to delivery.
• Developing pricing structures and building relationships with travel partners.
• Supporting marketing and promoting the new programme.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in travel, tour operations or holiday coordination is essential.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• A creative, proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership.
• Event coordination experience would be advantageous.
