Residential Property Lawyer | Tunbridge Wells | £38,000–£60,000 DOE

A well-regarded, community-minded firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join its Tunbridge Wells office.

The successful candidate will join a residential property team of nine lawyers across three offices, supported by paralegal and legal assistant colleagues.
About the role
The Residential Property Lawyer will handle a varied caseload, including:

• Residential sales and purchases.
• Remortgages.
• Transfers of equity.
• General property law advice.

The firm places quality of service and strong client relationships at the heart of its approach.
What we are looking for

• A solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with approximately 2–10 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills.
• A collaborative approach and an interest in building a lasting career.
• An interest in the Building Safety Act.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am–5.30pm; Friday, 9am–5pm.
