An experienced Legal Cashier seeking greater responsibility could find their next move within this friendly, six-person finance team.
With the current Head Cashier leaving, the firm is looking for someone who can combine legal accounts knowledge with the ability to supervise colleagues and manage day-to-day team matters.

• A record of internal progression, including the outgoing Head Cashier who started as a legal cashier.

About the role
The Legal Cashier will:

• Bring practical legal cashiering experience to the finance department.
• Supervise staff and help resolve day-to-day team issues.
• Support compliance with the SRA Accounts Rules.
• Take on responsibility within the cashiering function.

What we are looking for

• Experience as a Legal Cashier within a law firm.
• Working knowledge of the SRA Accounts Rules.
• Previous supervisory or team management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a clear focus on compliance.
• Credit control or debt recovery experience would be advantageous.
• An accounting qualification is desirable.
