Property Paralegal – Gillingham | Salary DOE | Full-time

Are you a Paralegal or Legal Assistant with conveyancing experience looking to develop your career in a specialist area of property law?

An award-winning, highly regarded Kent law firm is looking for an enthusiastic Paralegal to join its friendly and supportive team in Gillingham. You’ll be working closely with an approachable Partner and experienced fee earners, with excellent training and genuine opportunities to progress.

The role:
You’ll be supporting experienced legal professionals across a variety of specialist property matters, including lease extensions, freehold enfranchisement, landlord and tenant matters, tribunal applications, preparing new leases and deeds of variation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your existing conveyancing knowledge while developing valuable expertise in a specialist area of property law.

What are they looking for?
A minimum of six months’ conveyancing experience and a good understanding of the conveyancing process are essential, alongside a graduate background, strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Previous Commercial Property experience would be advantageous, but leasehold enfranchisement experience isn’t essential.
