An opportunity for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join a substantial department, working alongside leading solicitors and a team of secretaries who support one another.

- Private Client is the firm’s largest department.
- Work spans wills, trusts, tax and estate planning.
- A team-based setting with shared secretarial support and dedicated fee-earner responsibilities.
About the role
The Private Client Legal Secretary will:
- Provide day-to-day support to a dedicated fee earner.
- Work with fellow secretaries to support the wider department.
- Complete audio typing and general secretarial duties.
- Handle enquiries and liaise with clients and solicitors.
- Help keep a varied private client workload organised.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary.
- Private Client experience is preferred; other legal backgrounds will be considered.
- Accurate audio typing and strong organisational skills.
- A professional, approachable manner with clients.
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively.
