An established and growing law firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its experienced team. This opportunity offers a varied caseload, ongoing training and a supportive working environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Circa £45,000+ DOE
• Hybrid working – 2 days from home after probation
• 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays
• Birthday off

The Role You’ll manage a varied litigation caseload from instruction through to resolution, including:

• Property and landlord & tenant disputes
• Probate and will disputes
• Employment, contract and boundary disputes
• General commercial litigation
• Court proceedings, pleadings and witness statements
• Client relationships and complex, high-value disputes

Full training on internal systems and processes is provided.
About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• NQ to around 3 years’ PQE
• Previous litigation experience
• Ideally, experience in property or landlord & tenant disputes
• Strong communication, client care and attention to detail
• Proactive, commercially aware and confident working in a busy team
