About the Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied commercial property caseload
- Handling sales, purchases and commercial leases
- Advising on development, lending and option agreements
- Building strong client relationships
- Managing transactions through to completion
What We’re Looking For
The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will have:
- Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Ideally 3+ years’ PQE, although other levels (incl NQ Solicitors) considered
- Commercial property experience
- Confidence managing an independent caseload
- Strong communication and client care skills
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
