About the Role
The Residential Conveyancing Lawyer will manage a full caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• New builds and shared ownership where applicable
• Title checks, contracts and enquiries
• Building strong relationships with clients and local agents

The Residential Conveyancing Lawyer will have plenty of autonomy while being part of a small, supportive and successful team.

What We’re Looking For
The successful Residential Conveyancing Lawyer will be:

• A qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC professional
• Ideally 2–10 years’ PQE, with flexibility for more senior candidates
• Experienced in independently managing a full residential caseload
• Confident working with high-net-worth clients
• Commercially aware, proactive and highly organised
• An excellent communicator and collaborative team player
