The Role
As an Employment Solicitor (3-5 Years PQE), the successful candidate will work across a varied employment law caseload, supporting both employer and employee clients.
The role will involve a balance of contentious and non-contentious employment work, allowing the successful candidate to continue developing a broad skillset.
Key areas of work include:

• Advising clients on employment law matters
• Managing employment disputes and contentious matters
• Supporting clients with workplace issues and legal strategy
• Drafting and reviewing employment documentation
• Keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation
• Delivering practical, commercially focused advice
• Potential involvement in employment workshops and client training sessions

Key Responsibilities
The successful Employment Solicitor (3-5 Years PQE) will be responsible for:

Essential Skills
