Childcare Panel Lawyer

• Lead a busy Childcare department.
• Manage a varied Childcare caseload.
• Represent clients confidently through advocacy.
• Handle public and private Childcare matters.
• Manage Guardian referrals and existing client work.
• Work closely with senior leadership.
• Support and mentor a Legal Assistant.
• Help grow the department commercially.

What we are looking for The ideal Head of Childcare will have:

• Qualified Solicitor status.
• Strong Childcare Law experience.
• Child Panel Accreditation.
• Excellent advocacy skills.
• Commercial awareness.
• Leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills.

• Ambition to progress further.
