Are you an experienced Private Client Lawyer looking for autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to build something of your own? This is a rare chance for a Private Client Lawyer to take ownership of a standalone caseload within a well-established and busy legal practice.

About the role
- Manage a full Private Client Lawyer caseload independently
- Draft Wills and advise on estate planning
- Handle Estate Administration matters from start to finish
- Prepare and advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Undertake Court of Protection work and Deputyship applications
- Conduct client meetings and maintain strong ongoing relationships
- Work closely with a supportive wider team based nearby
This role offers genuine autonomy while still providing access to support, legal tech, and resources when needed.
What we are looking for
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (SRA or CILEX)
- Strong experience in Private Client matters, including Wills and Estate Administration
- Ability to work independently and confidently manage a caseload
- Professional and personable approach with high-net-worth clients
- Strong relationship-building skills and commercial awareness
Desirable:
- STEP qualification or Lifetime Lawyer accreditation
- Experience in Court of Protection and Deputyships
