You will be a great team player, proactive, highly organised and committed to offering a first class legal service to their clients. Your key responsibilities will be assisting the fee earners with all residential property matters, to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared equity/shared ownership, new homes and part exchange etc. You will be assisting with document preparation, client correspondence, audio dictation, booking of appointments and other general support.
 
They are looking for solid prior experience as a Legal Assistant, or Paralegal supporting a conveyancing team, along with a good understanding of residential conveyancing matters. You will also have fabulous communication, typing and prioritisation skills.
