Sales Executive – Staplehurst | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm | Uncapped Commission | No Weekends

About the role.

The Sales Executive will focus on growing existing accounts, winning new business and building strong customer relationships.
Day to day, they will:

• Make outbound calls to customers and prospects
• Upsell and introduce new products
• Generate leads and identify new opportunities
• Turn enquiries into orders
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
• Build and develop customer relationships
• Work towards and exceed monthly targets
• Handle customer queries and objections
• Keep CRM records and sales admin up to date

What we are looking for
They’re looking for someone who is confident, motivated and comfortable picking up the phone and making things happen.
Ideally, they will have:

• Previous Sales Executive experience
• A track record of hitting KPIs and targets
• Confidence making outbound calls
• Strong communication skills
• A sales-driven, resilient attitude
• Great customer service skills
• Confidence handling objections
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
