About the role
The Corporate/Commercial Solicitor will work with a range of business clients and gain exposure to matters including:

• Corporate transactions
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Commercial contracts
• Shareholder agreements
• Supply agreements
• Intellectual property matters
• Data protection and GDPR
• General corporate and commercial advisory work

There will be opportunities to work alongside lawyers from other specialist departments, providing broader commercial exposure and experience.
As the successful candidate develops, they will be encouraged to take increasing ownership of matters and build confidence working independently.
