An experienced Residential Property Conveyancer looking for stability, a friendly team and genuine long-term career prospects has an excellent opportunity to join an established Kent law firm.

About the role
The Residential Property Conveyancer will join a busy and experienced property department, handling a varied residential caseload.
Typical work will include:

• Freehold transactions
• Leasehold transactions
• Sales and purchases
• General residential conveyancing matters
• Managing transactions efficiently from instruction to completion
• Maintaining excellent client communication
• Working closely with experienced colleagues and support staff
• Managing deadlines within a busy property environment

There is already a strong flow of work, so business development is not a major requirement of the position.
What we are looking for
The firm is open-minded regarding exact PQE and is interested in finding the right individual rather than simply recruiting against a number of years’ experience.
The successful Residential Property Conveyancer should be:

• A Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
• Experienced in residential conveyancing
• Highly accurate with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing a busy workload
• Able to perform effectively under pressure
• Personable and approachable
• A collaborative team member
• Motivated to continue developing professionally
