The Role As a Litigation NQ, the successful candidate will handle a varied caseload covering areas including:

• Court of Protection matters
• Boundary disputes
• Property litigation
• Commercial and partnership disputes
• Employment-related matters

The role provides the opportunity to work on meaningful cases, develop client relationships and strengthen a broad litigation skill set.
Key Responsibilities The successful Litigation NQ will be responsible for:

• Managing a varied general litigation caseload
• Supporting clients through different stages of legal matters
• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
• Conducting research and analysing complex information
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the team
• Continuing to develop technical knowledge through practical experience

Essential Skills The ideal candidate will have:

• Newly Qualified Solicitor status
• Experience or strong interest in general litigation
• A willingness to develop across multiple areas of dispute resolution
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach

Desirable Experience Experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial:

• Property disputes
• Commercial litigation
• Partnership disputes
• Employment matters
• Contentious Probate

Benefits The successful Litigation NQ will receive:

• Salary of £38,500
• Discretionary bonus in May (typically around £1,000)
• Fixed Christmas bonus of £250–£500
• 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
