Role Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional support to clients via telephone, email, and live messaging
• Responding to enquiries, diagnosing issues, and delivering bespoke solutions
• Logging interactions precisely and contributing to shared goals
• Developing your skills within a dynamic, customer-driven setting

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-focused role (preferably involving phone interactions)
• Strong verbal communication and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Highly motivated and confident
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to rural office location near Sevenoaks
