An established, accredited law firm is expanding its Herne Bay team and seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to support its continued growth.
About the role

• Handling residential property sales and purchases.
• Working across freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Delivering excellent service to an established client base.
• Benefiting from secretarial support and a strong pipeline of recommendations.
• Joining a close-knit team, with individual offices for solicitors.
• Working 9am-5pm, with office-based working preferred.

What we are looking for

• A qualified Residential Property Solicitor with solid conveyancing experience.
• Experience handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A personable approach and commitment to client care.
