Process Operative Salary: £26,000 per annum

Get stuck in. Make great products. Be part of a team that delivers. We’re looking for a hands-on Process Operative to join our busy manufacturing team. If you enjoy practical work, take pride in quality, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the production process to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to a high standard.
• Mixing materials and operating production machinery.
• Assisting with coating, printing and embossing processes.
• Loading and setting machine cylinders where required.
• Cleaning equipment between production runs.
• Inspecting finished products and packing orders ready for dispatch.
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards.
• Following health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.
• Helping minimise waste while meeting production targets and deadlines.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
• Good English and Maths skills.
• Comfortable following written instructions and production procedures.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good colour vision.
• A positive, reliable attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Physically fit and happy working in a hands-on role.
• Flexible to work rotating 2 or 3 shift patterns when required.
