An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly organised Project / Installations Coordinator to join a successful and growing business in Tunbridge Wells.
About the role The successful candidate will support the coordination of multiple projects, ensuring schedules, contractors and resources are managed efficiently.
Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating project schedules and daily operations.
• Liaising with contractors, suppliers and clients.
• Managing changing priorities and project timelines.
• Organising resources, deliveries and site visits.
• Maintaining accurate project records and documentation.

What we are looking for Previous project coordination or project management experience within high-end residential construction or a closely related sector is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will be:

• Exceptionally organised and proactive.
• Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• An excellent communicator and problem solver.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in dealing with contractors and site teams.
