About the Role
This isn’t just customer service. This is about creating moments of genuine support and connection for customers. You’ll be the go-to person for enquiries, solutions and follow-ups – keeping customers informed, satisfied, and confident that they’re in safe hands.

You’ll also handle admin with care and attention to detail, helping to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with clarity, speed, and empathy.

You’ll need:

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
• Grade 5 / C+ in Maths and English GCSE
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
