Implementation Project Manager | Hybrid | £40,000 Tonbridge | Full Time | Hybrid Working (60% office-based)

About the role Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge?

Join a growing organisation where you’ll lead client implementation projects from planning through to successful delivery. Working with both clients and internal teams, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards, while creating an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities:

• Manage multiple client implementation projects.
• Create and oversee project plans, budgets and timelines.
• Identify and manage risks and project issues.
• Coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates.
• Ensure projects are completed to agreed quality and compliance standards.

What we are looking for You’ll have:

• Previous Project Management or Implementation Management experience.
• Excellent planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach.

Desirable:

• Software implementation or customer onboarding experience.
• Experience within an ISO-accredited environment.
