A well-established and highly respected law firm is currently on the lookout for a seasoned Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience to join their growing team based in Canterbury. Key Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing a varied portfolio of private client matters, including:
- Composing Wills
- Handling Probate Cases
- Trust Management
- Inheritance Tax Advice
- Estate Administration
Other duties include:
- Precise recording of time, financial oversight, and compliance with internal procedures.
- Actively contributing to team meetings and participating in ongoing training and development.
- Supporting the growth of the department through marketing and networking initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Proven proficiency in private client services with at least 5 years of qualified legal practice.
- Excellent organisational skills, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A proactive and flexible attitude, capable of managing a busy caseload in a collaborative and high-performing environment.
