This is a varied and diverse role, that will require the successful applicant to juggle a multitude of tasks in a calm and efficient manner.
Key Skills and Knowledge:
To be successful, applicants will need to have previous experience from within a customer service environment and have a strong knowledge of computer applications e.g. Microsoft office including Outlook and Excel. In addition to this, applicants will need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills along with the enthusiasm and self-motivation to achieve results and complete tasks to deadline.
Candidates MUST be able to drive due to location and be prepared to work evening and weekend shifts.
